With over 20 years of experience in retail strategy, merchandise planning, and financial forecasting—including work with The Walt Disney Company and VF Corporation—I bring a grounded, real-world approach to building business systems that actually work.

Alongside my corporate experience, I have built and grown my own brand, Nubia Natalie, gaining firsthand insight into product development, brand strategy, and what it takes to turn ideas into real businesses.

  • Gratitude for a Great Semester!

    Dear Professor Arribeno,I hope you are having a great winter break. I just wanted to reach out and thank you for a wonderful semester as a student from your Introductory Textiles class. I was very excited to be taking this class, and I got a lot out of it. I appreciate your dedication to making the class non-stressful, yet still educational and interesting. Textiles weren't something I was knowledgeable of before taking this class, but I am now equipped with a lot of understanding that I will not only use in academics, but already have begun applying to my daily life. The research project and the denim project in particular were two assignments I felt were both fun and great learning experiences. I also enjoyed getting to learn about more eco-friendly and sustainable textiles as someone who cares about the environment. Thank you for allowing me to make the most out of my first semester of college.
