Nubia Natalie Arribeno, MBA

Business Strategist | Mentor | Educator | Fractional Retail Executive

Let's Work Together

Hi, I’m Nubia Natalie—most people call me Natalie.

I’m a business strategist, mentor, and educator with over 20 years of experience in retail strategy, merchandising, and financial planning.

I’ve built my career across global brands including The Walt Disney Company and VF Corporation, where I led merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory strategies that supported revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.

Alongside this corporate experience, I’m also a college professor in fashion merchandising and consumer affairs, where I teach and mentor students preparing for careers in the fashion and retail industry.

I’m the founder of Nubia Natalie, an activewear brand rooted in design, culture, and purpose-driven storytelling. Building my own brand has given me firsthand experience in product development, business structure, and what it truly takes to turn ideas into sustainable businesses.

Today, I work at the intersection of business strategy and personal development—supporting both established brands and individuals who are ready to bring more clarity, structure, and direction to what they are building.

For brands, this looks like retail and financial strategy, merchandising systems, and operational planning.

For women and emerging entrepreneurs, this looks like mentorship, clarity, and guidance on turning experience and ideas into income and direction.

At the core of everything I do is one belief:

Structure creates clarity. Clarity creates growth.
